Jeremy Scott FW11 Makeup

I know it's nothing new that I like Jeremy Scott and of course the FW '11 collection is wonderful etc but what caught my attention most was the hair and makeup! Above is my feeble attempt at replicating the fluoro brights on the eyes, but I didn't have the right eyelashes to complete the look. Still on the hunt for them. My next project is the pigtails. I don't think I'd have the guts to wear them in any non-party environment, but I'm still working on finding some wigs I can cut up. And of course there's the actual construction, so... if anyone is a DIY master and has any tips I'd be eternally in your debt if you share them below (⌒▽⌒)ノ.
